The FAS-SEAS Senate Committee on Instructional Faculty and Academic Support will continue to address issues of equity, inclusion and belonging, compensation, phased retirement, and professional development for instructional faculty. We intend to follow-up on the original survey that the committee organized in 2016-17 with a survey in 2022/23.
