THE FAS-SEAS Senate Faculty Advancement Committee will concentrate on two areas: Increase FAS-SEAS collective influence and salary. We will focus on organizational tactics that will ensure faculty participation in issues critical to faculty excellence and in major decisions, as well as gains in salary and retirement incentives to make them competitive with peer institutions. We will also seek clarity in the procedure for salary adjustments baed on research impact, teaching load, and service.
